Maxwell Preview Network Weekly Report

Crust Decentralized Storage Market was officially opened on February 28th, 2021 (GMT+8). There are 2,738 nodes in the entire network, with a total storage capacity of 644 PB as of June 14th. The network is currently in a state of lack of tokens.

Starting from the evening of May 5th, Crust Maxwell Preview Network has reduced production, and the daily output of the preview network is now 1,500 CRU.

Force Open Day

At 6pm on June 15th (GMT+8), Crust was invited to participate in the offline event of the Force Open Day in Shanghai to discuss the new pattern of distributed storage! Crust shared the speech of “Exploration of Decentralized Storage in the Polkadot Ecosystem” and participated in the panel discussion of “How Distributed Storage Leads the New Data Era”.

The First Batch of Rewards for the Kusama Slot Auction

At 3pm on June 16th (GMT+8), Crust distributed the first batch of rewards for the Kusama slot auction. A total of 322 CRU and 64,546 CSM were awarded to 4,610 KSM that support Crust Shadow.

*If the amount of CRU rewards obtained is less than 0.01 CRU, it will be distributed when the accumulated amount is over 0.01

Crust posted the first article of the application guide series: How Crust is applied in NFT scenarios, and analyzes how the NFT trading platform stores NFT multimedia files on the IPFS network through the Crust network.
